Our Story

Hi! I’m Gabbi, the founder of The Flourish Factory.

Growing up in an all-girl, single parent household, I have always had a heart for women. The dream to start a nonprofit began growing in 2012 when I was working as a counselor in a local middle school. Throughout life, and especially throughout my time in counseling, I saw the potential women and young women have but how few opportunities and resources there are for us. I knew at that time, that I wanted to get involved in helping put tools in women’s hands and a fire in their heart. But it wouldn’t come to fruition until 2020. During the in-between time, I have worked at my local church, founding our women’s ministry, and began speaking and writing with one focus in mind — equipping and empowering women.

It’s my greatest desire to help equip women with resources, so that they can increase their platform or knowledge and put their gifts to use in an impactful way. To see them rise up, take their place, and — with all grit and gusto — run their race.

Through the work at The Flourish Factory, we intend to do just that by providing a beautiful and safe environment for women to gather together, offering a variety of workshops so that we may grow together, and partner with other organizations so that we can continue to give back.
